Time is the new space

Time Waves is here again to fill your night with dark synth music that will make you want to dance and stay all night. For this edition, we invited some young talent that you might have seen popping up already if you have been paying attention. But we think haven't gotten enough of the spotlight they deserve, but then again, we prefer darkness. To start with, Tan, whose talent can make him shine in every slot, will definitely be able to get you in the mood, so come early. After Tan, Nina will spin the decks with her fantastic song selection. To twist it up even more, we asked the one and only Betonkust to play a live set that will make you want to never listen to anything else than EBM for the rest of your life. We asked the legend Milium to finish it off and send you home begging for more.

On June 26, we join forces with NSRT for a special club night w/ their artist in focus Chaerin who presents an improvisation based live performance alongside Alberta Balsam. Also on the bill, the iconic Naone and local talent awyn1000. Trained as a classical pianist in Seoul, Chaerin has recently shifted towards a more electronic, synth-driven sound, exploring this evolution through the raw and experimental energy of Rotterdam. Together with Alberta Balsam, a longstanding figure in Rotterdam’s music scene, they will perform a live set unfolding in real time. 

 awyn1000 sets the tone for the night, while Naone closes down the night. Also hailing from Seoul, Naone brings her fluid club sound rooted in ’90s and early-2000s rave culture, ranging from dark progressive house, dubbed-out tech house, psychedelic techno, acid and hypnotic, groove-driven club music.
